I am making crab cakes tonight. I've read a couple of recipes online but I've decided to adapt them slightly as most of them call for mayonnaise which I can't stand and I will be using sour cream instead.
So I get the crabmeat and mix it with one egg, sour cream, mustard, and season with parsley, salt, pepper, and maybe some chilli. Mix it all with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers and then put them in the fridge for about 30 mins. Then fry them slightly about 5 mins on each side in sunflower oil.
I'll probably serve that with chips and salad with avocado and sweetfire beetroot.
