I am going to report that rude laundrette owner charging me £30 to alter two pair of jeans. I dropped my jeans off at a nearby dry cleaners and they are charging me £13 to do both jeans. That's less than half of what the other guy was charging! I will definitely make a formal complaint at the Trader's Commision.
