I just queued up for 30 mins to visit Santa at my son's school Christmas Fair. When it was finally our turn our 2 year old, Isa, didn't want to go in and stayed behind me holding onto my leg. And when Santa asked JJ, our 4 year old, "what do you want for Christmas?" He said, "I want you to tell me if I've been a good boy".....awwww....or oops, haven't I been telling him that myself lately? Motherhood, eh? A constant guilt trip. The visit lasted about 2 mins. I got one blurry photo because I forgot to turn the flash on, and 2 other semi good photos: one photo shows half of JJ's head standing somewhere near Santa and the other one shows Isa's hand as she grabbed her toy from the bag as quickly as she could.
So to summarise, a 30 min wait for a 2 min visit, and I'm £6 down! Oh, and Santa's wise words of wisdom were, "leave a carrot out for the reindeer!....lol
