I haven't written any new entries since before Christmas. I had little chance to sit on the computer during the holidays and I had a bit of a mental block but as I made our dinner tonight I thought of a funny thing to share with you.
Tonight we're having sausage and mash. But this is not any ordinary bangers and mash. Firstly, the sausages are pork chipolatas with herbs, cranberry and apple, yum yum. But the most exciting part of the dinner is the mash as it is a sweet potato mash that I've made with a new kind of sweet potato that I bought in my local Tesco. This new sweet potato is called.....drum roll please....SPUDZILLA! haha
It's massive. It's double the size of a large swede. So rush out and go to your local Tesco and snatch up these Spudzillas while stocks last
